Job description:

  • Providing a complex customer service for clients from Norway concerning accepting, realizing and actualizing the orders;
  • contacting individual clients by phone and actively selling them company's products;
  • developing sales strategies and creating a model for upselling products;
  • determining individual needs of a client;
  • working with our internal system, applications, and databases creating a positive image for the organization and caring for positive business relations

Requirments:

  • Fluency/ native in Norwegian language;
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in customer service and selling products;
  • Ability to solve problems on one’s own;
  • Enthusiasm and dedication;
  • Professionalism and responsibility for assigned tasks;
  • Good manners and motivation;
  • Availability to cooperate – depending on preferences, projects in department are realized in various time schedules (full-time).
