We appreciate commitment and develop our employees in the organization’s structure. We are seeking creative people, who are passionate towards their duties while being goal-oriented. Currently we are searching 3 people to our Back Office team for the position of Back Office Specialist with Czech/Slovak or Italian or Estonian language.

Duties:

  • Effectively manage e-mail customer’s queries to ensure excellent service standards;
  • Provide services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency;
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges;
  • Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction;
  • Communicate in a positive manner with team members and business partners;

Requirements:

  • Fluency to native level in Czech/Slovak or Italian or Estonian language;
  • Must have excellent written communication skills;
  • Call Centre experience will be an asset;
  • Experience working with direct consumers in B2C environment as a plus;
  • Positive attitude and energy;
  • Robust multitasking skills;
